PASTRY by JACKELINNE BAUER
Pastry is so much more than something we eat, it’s how we celebrate the most pivotal chapters of our lives. We strive to make our client’s special moments that much more memorable, through elevated desserts that are not only remarkably beautiful, but addictively delicious. Jackelinne’s creations are influenced by her love of fashion, flowers, classical architecture, and the avant garde.
Jackelinne received her Bachelor’s of Architecture and has worked in high-end Architecture and Interior Design offices in both Austin and Chicago. In 2020, she shifted her focus and went on to complete L’Art De La Pâtisserie at The French Pastry School in Chicago, where she was trained under world renounced Pastry Chefs and learned the craft of French technique.
She did this as a hobby for a few years while working full time in the design world and then finally in Spring of 2024, Jackelinne Pastry LLC became official as an online Cake Studio, currently offering hand-piped custom flower cupcakes, meticulously made-from-scratch cakes, petit fours, and last but certainly not least, intricately designed Gingerbread House blueprints & templates.
